What material are my socks made from?

Your socks are made from premium quality combed cotton for softness, comfort and durability with some Polyamide (Nylon) and Elastene added to give stretch. We have carefully chosen this blend to give you the ultimate sock experience.

How do I care for my socks?

We have engineered your socks to be as durable as possible. Washing them in the laundry bag will extend their life. Please see the label care guide on each individual socks box.

Tell me about the Socks Box

Each order of socks ships in a special everlasting box that doubles (literally!) as a storage box for your socks. Keep it on a shelf or in a drawer to keep your socks in order. 

The box is eco-friendly as it gets used with purpose indefinitely rather than recycled or worse, dumped. It also means that we don’t have to use any extra paper, card, plastic or metal clips to package your socks.

Tell me about the bag

Each order of socks contains a laundry/travel bag. First off, you can wash (and tumble dry) your socks in this bag which both keeps them together (less sorting!) and also protects them in the wash cycle, prolonging their life.

The bag is also really handy when you are traveling. You can pack them straight in your suitcase - both compact and organised! Extra bags are available for other items or used laundry.

We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express or payments through ApplePay, GooglePay and ShopPay.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, you can buy virtual gift cards in denominations of €20 or €50 here


What Shipping Methods do you use?

All products are dispatched by us from A Week Of Socks HQ in Dublin, Ireland same or next business day. International ExpressPost which is an international eCommerce Airmail service or DPD couirier for some locations.

DHL Express Courier delivery is available on request at an extra charge if you need your package urgently. This is generally a 24-48hr worldwide service. Please contact us for details.

What countries do you ship to and how long does shipping take after my order has been dispatched?

Estimated shipping times (working days) are indicated in the countries section below. Please note that these are strictly indicative times provided by the mail service in your country. While they are generally reliable estimates we cannot take responsibility for delays arising from mail carriers unless a package is officially declared as lost.

Please order early and allow extra time for delivery during peak times eg November/December. We cannot take any responsibility owing to delays in mail services.

Can I track my order?

Yes, All orders can be tracked. We will e-mail you with your tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

Depending on how your package was sent your tracking information will be available on , or or the website of your national mail service using the tracking number emailed to you on order fulfilment, once the package is scanned in your country. If your package has not yet arrived, rest assured, it is well on its way to you - only in the very rarest of cases does a package not arrive safely and we will work with you to rectify such a situation should it arise.

What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?

If you have made a mistake with your shipping address as happens occasionally, just reach out to us via email or WhatsApp immediately (ie before it ships!) and we will change the details in our system.

We cannot take responsibility for orders that ship with incorrect shipping addresses entered by you at checkout. In such cases, you must wait for the package to be returned to us and cover the cost of resending.


What is your return policy?

The bottom line is we want you to be 100% satisfied with your A Week Of Socks experience. Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us directly and we’ll make things right immediately.

If you are not satisfied with a product, get in touch right away - we will talk through the issue with you and make it right. That is our personal guarantee to you.


Do you sell wholesale/retail?

What are your discount sale T&Cs?

Sales and discounts can be applied on selected items only and will be promoted clearly and marked on official A Week Of Socks channels. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, discount codes or offers.

Unless otherwise stated the discount will be applied at checkout automatically. Only one promotional discount code can be applied at a time.
